2nd Workshop of Navakaraṇa in Essence Yoga – Logroño, La Rioja December 2019

It was so lovely to be back with Cris and return to her wonderful studio – Essence Yoga in Logroño, the capital of the Wine Country – La Rioja! This studio is exactly what you would imagine in a Boutique Yoga Studio. In a quaint little village within the Old Quarter of the city! Charming, small and full of personality. 🙂

I love these smaller classes, as I can get my hands on almost everyone! I can spot mis-alignments faster. We were 10 yogis in each class. And I loved the energy of every single person. Full of determination and willingness to learn. As it was my 2nd time back, it was also so nice to see some familiar faces!! 🙂

Cris and I after our TWINNING accident last year, we decided to TWIN on purpose this year, so that we could get some play time in after class, and create some beautiful shapes together! So if you scroll below…. here are some of the SHOTS we ended up capturing together with Miklos.
