On Sunday the 23rd of May, I will be sharing some very special classes in the morning in Sa Caseta. I want to share a lovely Sunday morning with you, in this charming Villa, in the heart of the island. 

Creo que muchos de vosotros estáis practicando conmigo ONLINE a través de mi canal de YOUTUBE or de las plataformas de OYSHO, y me gustaría dar una clase bonito de navakarana vinyasa, que es mi practica que solo enseño en presencial!  🙂
I think that most of you, may be practicing with me ONLINE through my youtube videos or on the OYSHO videos, and I would love to share my practice of Navakarana Vinyasa, which is my own personal practice, which I only share in person and never online. To protect the method and only share its magic within a student & teacher relationship. 🙂
